Hotel Intergate Osaka Umeda

The Superior Double Room was very comfortable, and the public bath was perfect for relaxation after a long day. I loved the afternoon tea with coffee, snacks, and the amazing happy hour with drinks and light snacks included in our stay. Easy access to Osaka Station made exploring easy!

Breakfast options became repetitive after a few days.

The room was perfectly clean with climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel television.

Amazing building and rooms with enough space to move around.

Clean, hip new hotel, I loved decent size rooms and attentive staff. The breakfast looked savoury and great, with many Japanese food options, unfortunately I didn't have time and didn't try it. The location was excellent, at walking distance from Osaka Science Museum.

Ope, let me tell ya! The public bath was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day, and I loved the complimentary snacks they had throughout the day. Super easy to grab some quick bites from the nearby convenience stores. Just wish the room had a bit more space, but it was comfy enough!

The hotel offers a fantastic happy hour with free snacks and drinks. The gym facilities were quite limited, lacking weights.

enjoyed our 5 nights stay. we lived in the double room with enough space to move around. an electric kettle and fridges were a plus. the location was great and beautiful, around 10-15 minutes walk from osaka science museum. and it was also adjacent to walking distance from osaka station, hilton plaza and the umeda train station.

Nothing to dislike!

Showers are embarrassingly small compared to competitors!!! Room amenities are basically nonexistent, forcing guests to trek down for coffee!!! Dusty corners in the room. Laundry machines take ages to dry clothes!!!

The spacious and modern corner beautiful twin room offered very nice comfort, perfectly matching the superb location just a five-minute stroll from Nishi Umeda Station. The free coffee, snacks, and late-night light supper were good touches after exploring the vibrant streets. Discovering the happy hour only after leaving was disappointing, and the limited gym facilities could use some improvements. It would have been nice to see more options for Italian cuisine at breakfast, as it was a highlight of our culinary experience.

Had a lovely four-night stay with a super comfy room and the bathroom was a pleasant surprise with decent space! I really enjoyed the relaxing public bath and the chance to unwind with a soothing massage. The only thing that caught me off guard was a small hotel tax I had to pay when I checked in, but that didn't take away from my overall experience! 😊

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the train station. I appreciated the clean facilities and the cute atmosphere throughout the hotel. The happy hour with traditional food offerings was a nice touch after a long day of sightseeing, and I enjoyed the availability of cold beverages in the afternoon.

The hotel was surrounded by office blocks, which detracted from the overall ambiance.

Couple getaway, worth it

Had a really nice time at this place. The daily supper was Ochasuke rice, and it was delicious. Short walk from the airport bus stop and clean facilities made things easy.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still reasonable for what we got.

Great location with easy access to a bus stop if you need it. the staff is super friendly and always ready to help with anything you need. the rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are a good size. 🌟
